Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing lesson plans that fulfill the requirements of physics curriculum.
  • Teaching secondary school students the principles of physics through lectures, discussions, and hands-on activities.
  • Evaluating and grading students' classwork, laboratory work, assignments, and exams.
  • Maintaining classroom discipline to create a safe and conducive learning environment.
  • Participating in staff meetings, professional development, and school events.
  • Communicating with students, parents, and colleagues to foster a strong educational community.
  • Preparing students for standardized tests and conducting extra classes if necessary.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s/PG degree in Physics or a related field.
  • B.Ed or equivalent teaching certification.
  • Proven experience in teaching secondary school physics.
  • Strong understanding of physics concepts and the ability to teach them effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage classroom behavior and create an engaging learning environment.
