Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing lesson plans that fulfill the requirements of physics curriculum.
- Teaching secondary school students the principles of physics through lectures, discussions, and hands-on activities.
- Evaluating and grading students' classwork, laboratory work, assignments, and exams.
- Maintaining classroom discipline to create a safe and conducive learning environment.
- Participating in staff meetings, professional development, and school events.
- Communicating with students, parents, and colleagues to foster a strong educational community.
- Preparing students for standardized tests and conducting extra classes if necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/PG degree in Physics or a related field.
- B.Ed or equivalent teaching certification.
- Proven experience in teaching secondary school physics.
- Strong understanding of physics concepts and the ability to teach them effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage classroom behavior and create an engaging learning environment.
